Went in after I had a really bad trip and fall, so I was not doing so great. They were extremely kind and professional with me. I felt calm throughout the whole visit, and they were very accommodating to my needs. Kjersti was absolutely lovely and so caring. Highly recommend!

I broke a crown off in the front of my mouth. Went to North End Dental to see about getting it fixed. I also had other teeth missing making it hard to eat. It also made me uncomfortable meeting people. They got me in same day I walked in and did the exam. They recommended a treatment plan and in a week I had my first appointment to fix my upper teeth. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Really pleased with outcome of the temporary crowns. Can’t wait to see the permanent crowns in 2 weeks. Would absolutely recommend anyone at North End Dental!!!

After moving here from out of state, my husband and I were very nervous to start with a new dentist. We were/are so very impressed with the entire experience we’ve had since we’ve started coming here. I saw Dr. Umphlett whom was gentle, kind and extremely thorough. My husband saw Dr. Moore whom was equally gentle, kind, and thorough. We both see Abby as our hygienist, she is awesome! Not only is North End Dental absolutely beautiful on the inside, the people who work here are so kind and make sure that you are taken care of. We will not be seeing another dentist as long as North End Dental is in business. Thank you North End for changing our perspective on dentistry and for taking such good care of us!

I have been going to North End Dental for about three years now, and my experience with them has exceeded all expectations. Professional and friendly are words to describe everyone from the front office, to the dental personnel, to the dentists. A shout out to Abby who is so skilled, thorough, and caring in her work as a hygentist, and also to Dr. Moore whose expertise, experience, and precision in his work are so much appreciated! I cracked a premolar in half. I’ve had a lifetime of dental fear, for good reason. I was super nervous to see a new dentist to extract this tooth. But, Dr. Umphlett was awesome. She managed to not only numb me up but noticed when I started to feel anything. I knew right away that I was in good hands. She explained everything in great detail. Even with my decades of dental trauma, I feel completely comfortable seeing her again and again. Thanks Dr. Umphlett!

I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hill. It’s difficult not to be nervous about such a procedure but having people who are so experienced really helps. The shots were as painless as they could be, the extraction process took maybe 20 minutes for all 4, and the price was half what I was expecting. Great place to go, happy I picked them and very pleased with how everything turned out.

I am a fearful dentist patient. This place has made my experience much less fearful. The kindness & thorough attention is amazing from this dentist. He helped me feel so comfortable and unashamed about my missing teeth and gum disease. They are willing to work with me and are very patient with me as it seems to take me a few months to return. I have much anxiety about the dentist office, especially with no dental insurance. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly & courteous. The office has a very relaxed feel and no condemnation about the poor condition of my mouth. Instead, nothing but assurance that they can help me and we can take it as slowly or as fast as I want or can afford. The dentist really took his time with me and it allowed me to feel not rushed. I would highly recommend this dentist whether you just need routine care or higher level of care as my teeth & gums require. This place has felt like a 2nd home to me and I have nothing but anxiety over the dentist office. This place has acknowledged my anxiety and they don’t try to push it aside but instead work with it and with me. I greatly appreciate that.

I am currently unemployed and temporarily on Medicaid. I am a periodontal patient and also in Clear Correct treatment. The care plan and financing are pretty reasonable. I tried a cheaper route elsewhere, but I regretted it and returned to North End Dental. I love the staff and the office. I wouldn’t trust my oral health care to anyone else!
