I am a new patient at North End Dental. They are fantastic! Office staff is engaging and prompt. The dental staff is patient and makes the magic happen, even for big baby like me. I would recommend them to everyone.

It all started with Chrissy, she made me feel that there could be hope for a better life. No she didn’t promise me anything, she only listened and made me feel cared about instead of a dollar sign. When I got to the office, they took me in for my x-rays two hours before my actual time. The staff was amazing, they made me fill welcome and every was explained to me the way I could understand. This is a WONDERFUL clinic! I use to hate going to the dentist, wouldn’t go for years due to a bad experience at another dentist clinic. Then I found this clinic a couple years ago.This is a small clinic, they not just care about you as a patient but treat you as family. I most recently was going thru some other medical issues and I received a card in the mail with a little get well note from everyone. It meant a lot to me to receive that in the mail. They greet me by name when I come in. I have never really had to wait more than 5 minutes. If I did they would send someone out to give me update on how much longer the wait would be. Everyone in the clinic has smiles and is sociable, even the doctors. Very relaxed environment. My teeth went from a complete mess to feeling and looking good! And the heated toilet seat in the bathroom is great on a cold winter day ????. I love this clinic!

I believe it is worth the extra premium to stay in network for this dentist office. I have had SureSmile treatment and I not only see the aesthetic improvement, I feel that my nasal and sinus are nicely aligned thus completely eliminating my earaches and other sinus related issues. I greatly recommend this office for their nonjudgmental medical and dental expertise. This office provides the attention to detail that you expect from a 5 star dental/medical office. I love my dentist!!!!

After moving here from out of state, my husband and I were very nervous to start with a new dentist. We were/are so very impressed with the entire experience we’ve had since we’ve started coming here. I saw Dr. Umphlett whom was gentle, kind and extremely thorough. My husband saw Dr. Moore whom was equally gentle, kind, and thorough. We both see Abby as our hygienist, she is awesome! Not only is North End Dental absolutely beautiful on the inside, the people who work here are so kind and make sure that you are taken care of. We will not be seeing another dentist as long as North End Dental is in business. Thank you North End for changing our perspective on dentistry and for taking such good care of us!
