Dr Moore is remarkably caring and attentive. My teeth don’t fit together well, and Dr Moore is reaching out to my orthodontist to work on my behalf. Abby is a highly proficient dental hygienist. My teeth are sensitive to ultrasound, and Abby worked to minimize discomfort, while still doing a great job of cleaning my teeth.

Went in after I had a really bad trip and fall, so I was not doing so great. They were extremely kind and professional with me. I felt calm throughout the whole visit, and they were very accommodating to my needs. Kjersti was absolutely lovely and so caring. Highly recommend!

I have been going to North End Dental for about three years now, and my experience with them has exceeded all expectations. Professional and friendly are words to describe everyone from the front office, to the dental personnel, to the dentists. A shout out to Abby who is so skilled, thorough, and caring in her work as a hygentist, and also to Dr. Moore whose expertise, experience, and precision in his work are so much appreciated! I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hill. It’s difficult not to be nervous about such a procedure but having people who are so experienced really helps. The shots were as painless as they could be, the extraction process took maybe 20 minutes for all 4, and the price was half what I was expecting. Great place to go, happy I picked them and very pleased with how everything turned out.

I was greeted with a brand new hygienist after check in. She had just been at North End Dental a week. It would have been nice if someone had called to let me know that my regular hygienist was no longer with the practice. She was amazing. Allison was our new hygienist and she too was amazing. This is why I have given a 5 star. I have always had wonderful service at North End Dental. Allison listened to some things that the former Hygienist had done and was very acceptable to those as well as her own touch. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She is a wonderful addition to North End Dental. WELCOME!!!!! Please don’t loose that customer service. I owned my own business for 15 years. I sold it in 2018. Customer service is so very important. It is lacking in todays businesses.

I cracked a premolar in half. I’ve had a lifetime of dental fear, for good reason. I was super nervous to see a new dentist to extract this tooth. But, Dr. Umphlett was awesome. She managed to not only numb me up but noticed when I started to feel anything. I knew right away that I was in good hands. She explained everything in great detail. Even with my decades of dental trauma, I feel completely comfortable seeing her again and again. Thanks Dr. Umphlett!

So I went in in incredibly bad pain. All my teeth hurt, and I clearly had been in a loosing battle with my teeth. I felt defeated. Quinn got me in talked to me. Then Dr Hill came in and talked to me. At no point did anyone make me fell bad or anything, in fact they made me feel welcome and good about myself. So I pulled the trigger on their Diamond smile service. (50 grand). And at first it seems like alot of money. But after I had the surgery and was on my way to healing. I felt better about myself and more confident, and my Happiness had returned but in a stronger way. Now I look at the price and feel it was just pennies. My Happiness n health is priceless!!! And I can only say thank you n pay my bill as I feel like a new person, better looking stronger and healthier. Priceless!!.
