For Our New Patients

I am a fearful dentist patient. This place has made my experience much less fearful. The kindness & thorough attention is amazing from this dentist. He helped me feel so comfortable and unashamed about my missing teeth and gum disease. They are willing to work with me and are very patient with me as it seems to take me a few months to return. I have much anxiety about the dentist office, especially with no dental insurance. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly & courteous. The office has a very relaxed feel and no condemnation about the poor condition of my mouth. Instead, nothing but assurance that they can help me and we can take it as slowly or as fast as I want or can afford. The dentist really took his time with me and it allowed me to feel not rushed. I would highly recommend this dentist whether you just need routine care or higher level of care as my teeth & gums require. This place has felt like a 2nd home to me and I have nothing but anxiety over the dentist office. This place has acknowledged my anxiety and they don’t try to push it aside but instead work with it and with me. I greatly appreciate that.

This is the first time ever that i am excited for the future of my smile. To not live in pain everyday. It wouldnt have been able to happen if it was for North End Dental. I say that with experience as i have tried 75+ other dentists to have my teeth fixed and came up with the same answer, dental implants are for the rich. That was until i came here and they said let us work with you, let us help you. So glad i found this dentist.

this office is so great! i love my whole team. they are efficient, transparent and caring. each visit is personable. i love going to the dentist! which is not something i would have said years ago before finding North End! thank you guys!!

I cracked a premolar in half. I’ve had a lifetime of dental fear, for good reason. I was super nervous to see a new dentist to extract this tooth. But, Dr. Umphlett was awesome. She managed to not only numb me up but noticed when I started to feel anything. I knew right away that I was in good hands. She explained everything in great detail. Even with my decades of dental trauma, I feel completely comfortable seeing her again and again. Thanks Dr. Umphlett!

I broke a crown off in the front of my mouth. Went to North End Dental to see about getting it fixed. I also had other teeth missing making it hard to eat. It also made me uncomfortable meeting people. They got me in same day I walked in and did the exam. They recommended a treatment plan and in a week I had my first appointment to fix my upper teeth. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Really pleased with outcome of the temporary crowns. Can’t wait to see the permanent crowns in 2 weeks. Would absolutely recommend anyone at North End Dental!!!

Absolutely incredible experience with North End Dental. As a person who was super terrified of the dentist they made me feel super comfortable and confident in their skill. I am so glad I went through with the procedure. It went super smooth and easy. From bad teeth to new teeth 24 hours!!!! I couldn’t be happier with the whole team they have!!! This is a WONDERFUL clinic! I use to hate going to the dentist, wouldn’t go for years due to a bad experience at another dentist clinic. Then I found this clinic a couple years ago.This is a small clinic, they not just care about you as a patient but treat you as family. I most recently was going thru some other medical issues and I received a card in the mail with a little get well note from everyone. It meant a lot to me to receive that in the mail. They greet me by name when I come in. I have never really had to wait more than 5 minutes. If I did they would send someone out to give me update on how much longer the wait would be. Everyone in the clinic has smiles and is sociable, even the doctors. Very relaxed environment. My teeth went from a complete mess to feeling and looking good! And the heated toilet seat in the bathroom is great on a cold winter day 😂. I love this clinic!
