Meet The Staff

So I went in in incredibly bad pain. All my teeth hurt, and I clearly had been in a loosing battle with my teeth. I felt defeated. Quinn got me in talked to me. Then Dr Hill came in and talked to me. At no point did anyone make me fell bad or anything, in fact they made me feel welcome and good about myself. So I pulled the trigger on their Diamond smile service. (50 grand). And at first it seems like alot of money. But after I had the surgery and was on my way to healing. I felt better about myself and more confident, and my Happiness had returned but in a stronger way. Now I look at the price and feel it was just pennies. My Happiness n health is priceless!!! And I can only say thank you n pay my bill as I feel like a new person, better looking stronger and healthier. Priceless!!.

I am currently unemployed and temporarily on Medicaid. I am a periodontal patient and also in Clear Correct treatment. The care plan and financing are pretty reasonable. I tried a cheaper route elsewhere, but I regretted it and returned to North End Dental. I love the staff and the office. I wouldn’t trust my oral health care to anyone else!

Today was my first day here. Trying to get many answers to my many questions upon my first sit down. I have already looked into several other facilities so far and have one other on Monday that I will be canceling on tomorrow because I believe this facility has everything to offer that I am needing moving forward. Staff was polite and atmosphere was very comfortable. Now, let’s see how the upcoming visits turn out.

Dr. Umphlett is the absolute best! She treats my adult son with Autism so incredibly well! She’s kind, patient and very thorough. So happy we found her! Plus they have TV’s, which he loves. The office staff are wonderful and got us in within hours of calling about a painful tooth. Love this place ❤️

The best staff ever!! Because of them I feel hope and optimistic for my future!!! They were very personable which made the environment welcoming and made me feel valued as a person! I’d recommend them time and again!

Absolutely amazing place! The staff are always so friendly, dental assistants and the dentists are all amazing people. I always feel listened to and heard over here, plus they take allergies real seriously here. I have no complaints about this place, they make it feel inviting. Highly recommend

I came in for a emergency visit same day that I was experiencing intense pain. I was thoroughly impressed by this facility from the moment I stepped through the door. Everyone was genuinely friendly and explained my issue with my tooth very well, giving me many options on how to handle my care. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the dentail assistant was very friendly and efficient. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
