Highly professional dental practice. The entire team is consistently positive and dedicated to providing the best care possible. Sofia, in particular, is an outstanding professional. From my very first visit, she has taken exceptional care of me with her empathy, understanding, and expertise.

I came and got implants a year and half ago, it was like they were old friends and I have a beautiful smile. But I have a friend who has cancer in the mouth and 9 major surgeries she hasn’t eaten solid food in over years. The doctors tell her nothing but run her and there. Today she seen Dr. Hill and for once in 2 years she has hope to be able to eat again. This was a special day and I love these guys. Thank you Dr. Hill and the cool guy Quinn.

I was greeted with a brand new hygienist after check in. She had just been at North End Dental a week. It would have been nice if someone had called to let me know that my regular hygienist was no longer with the practice. She was amazing. Allison was our new hygienist and she too was amazing. This is why I have given a 5 star. I have always had wonderful service at North End Dental. Allison listened to some things that the former Hygienist had done and was very acceptable to those as well as her own touch. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She is a wonderful addition to North End Dental. WELCOME!!!!! Please don’t loose that customer service. I owned my own business for 15 years. I sold it in 2018. Customer service is so very important. It is lacking in todays businesses.

I broke a crown off in the front of my mouth. Went to North End Dental to see about getting it fixed. I also had other teeth missing making it hard to eat. It also made me uncomfortable meeting people. They got me in same day I walked in and did the exam. They recommended a treatment plan and in a week I had my first appointment to fix my upper teeth. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Really pleased with outcome of the temporary crowns. Can’t wait to see the permanent crowns in 2 weeks. Would absolutely recommend anyone at North End Dental!!!

I came in for a wisdom tooth removal, not only did Dr. Hill and Toyan make sure I was comfortable and truly taken care of, they went above and beyond. I appreciate everything the kind and caring staff have done for me and have opted to come back!

Dr. Umphlett is the absolute best! She treats my adult son with Autism so incredibly well! She’s kind, patient and very thorough. So happy we found her! Plus they have TV’s, which he loves. The office staff are wonderful and got us in within hours of calling about a painful tooth. Love this place ❤️
