I cracked a premolar in half. I’ve had a lifetime of dental fear, for good reason. I was super nervous to see a new dentist to extract this tooth. But, Dr. Umphlett was awesome. She managed to not only numb me up but noticed when I started to feel anything. I knew right away that I was in good hands. She explained everything in great detail. Even with my decades of dental trauma, I feel completely comfortable seeing her again and again. Thanks Dr. Umphlett!

It all started with Chrissy, she made me feel that there could be hope for a better life. No she didn’t promise me anything, she only listened and made me feel cared about instead of a dollar sign. When I got to the office, they took me in for my x-rays two hours before my actual time. The staff was amazing, they made me fill welcome and every was explained to me the way I could understand. Dr Moore installed a crown on my new “experimental” dental implant in about 1991. Shortly after that, I moved away from the Colorado Springs area. Recently, (April 2024) this crown began feeling a bit loose. Since the crown and implant were so old (obsolete?), my local dentist was unsure of the hardware configuration, and dental records from that long ago were seeming unavailable. I was able to locate Dr. Moore and I was very happy and relieved to find that he was still practicing. However, he was no longer at the same office and he also did not have the “ancient” dental records available. I made an appointment with Dr. Moore, traveled to Colorado Springs, and upon looking at the crown, he quickly identified the hardware and addressed the problem. There’s nobody that I would trust more than Dr. Moore to care for this dental implant and crown.

I had a filling fall out and they fit me in same day for an emergency filling, so that was great! Everyone is super friendly and they do fast, efficient work. Highly recommend.

After moving here from out of state, my husband and I were very nervous to start with a new dentist. We were/are so very impressed with the entire experience we’ve had since we’ve started coming here. I saw Dr. Umphlett whom was gentle, kind and extremely thorough. My husband saw Dr. Moore whom was equally gentle, kind, and thorough. We both see Abby as our hygienist, she is awesome! Not only is North End Dental absolutely beautiful on the inside, the people who work here are so kind and make sure that you are taken care of. We will not be seeing another dentist as long as North End Dental is in business. Thank you North End for changing our perspective on dentistry and for taking such good care of us!

So I went in in incredibly bad pain. All my teeth hurt, and I clearly had been in a loosing battle with my teeth. I felt defeated. Quinn got me in talked to me. Then Dr Hill came in and talked to me. At no point did anyone make me fell bad or anything, in fact they made me feel welcome and good about myself. So I pulled the trigger on their Diamond smile service. (50 grand). And at first it seems like alot of money. But after I had the surgery and was on my way to healing. I felt better about myself and more confident, and my Happiness had returned but in a stronger way. Now I look at the price and feel it was just pennies. My Happiness n health is priceless!!! And I can only say thank you n pay my bill as I feel like a new person, better looking stronger and healthier. Priceless!!.
