Family & Implant Dentist in Colorado Springs, CO

Hey guys, just wanted to share a little bit from my experience at North and dental it was a very good experience. The dental hygienist did a fantastic job very little pain and explain things very thoroughly. I was sad to see that she was leaving, but sometimes that happens, but overall, the experience was good. Everything was explained well throughout my many appointments I’ve had over the past few months thank you to Dr. Moore And everyone involved A+.

Thank you all for making me feel very welcomed to North End Dental in Colorado Springs. I do live in Pueblo and I drive to the office,I have to give credit to the women that work in the front office, they are always willing to help me bc it gets hard for me sometimes with my appts . I truly am THANKFUL !!! On my last visit it was very comfortable like always. I was treated with politeness and a lot of care , my person that performed the work on my teeth ???? was super kind and always made me feel safe and kept me informed on what she was doing. It’s awesome that these dental workers care so much about us???? and our Smile’s ???? So If your looking for a Super Kind & Loving Place you can ???? right there. Very professional and staff was very informative. From reception, Quinn, down to Dr. hill were friendly and understanding of my situation. If you are looking for a laid back and top of the line dentist office this is the place. I hope to be able to move forward with our care plan to bring myself a new smile. Today was my first day here. Trying to get many answers to my many questions upon my first sit down. I have already looked into several other facilities so far and have one other on Monday that I will be canceling on tomorrow because I believe this facility has everything to offer that I am needing moving forward. Staff was polite and atmosphere was very comfortable. Now, let’s see how the upcoming visits turn out.

I was greeted with a brand new hygienist after check in. She had just been at North End Dental a week. It would have been nice if someone had called to let me know that my regular hygienist was no longer with the practice. She was amazing. Allison was our new hygienist and she too was amazing. This is why I have given a 5 star. I have always had wonderful service at North End Dental. Allison listened to some things that the former Hygienist had done and was very acceptable to those as well as her own touch. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She is a wonderful addition to North End Dental. WELCOME!!!!! Please don’t loose that customer service. I owned my own business for 15 years. I sold it in 2018. Customer service is so very important. It is lacking in todays businesses.

Dr. Umphlett is the absolute best! She treats my adult son with Autism so incredibly well! She’s kind, patient and very thorough. So happy we found her! Plus they have TV’s, which he loves. The office staff are wonderful and got us in within hours of calling about a painful tooth. Love this place ❤️

This place is awesome. I had 4 on 1 procedure done in another state made an appointment with North and dental to have them look over what I had done. They were more than willing to look over somebody else’s work and willing to provide services needed in the future. Thanks for your hospitality 😎
