I came in for a emergency visit same day that I was experiencing intense pain. I was thoroughly impressed by this facility from the moment I stepped through the door. Everyone was genuinely friendly and explained my issue with my tooth very well, giving me many options on how to handle my care. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the dentail assistant was very friendly and efficient. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Moore and Toyan took perfect, yes literally perfect, care of me! They were kind, diligent, patient, thorough, gentle, and caring. I was very anxious about getting a crown, but it was the best experience. Ginormous sigh of relief! 😁👍👍

It all started with Chrissy, she made me feel that there could be hope for a better life. No she didn’t promise me anything, she only listened and made me feel cared about instead of a dollar sign. When I got to the office, they took me in for my x-rays two hours before my actual time. The staff was amazing, they made me fill welcome and every was explained to me the way I could understand. I broke a crown off in the front of my mouth. Went to North End Dental to see about getting it fixed. I also had other teeth missing making it hard to eat. It also made me uncomfortable meeting people. They got me in same day I walked in and did the exam. They recommended a treatment plan and in a week I had my first appointment to fix my upper teeth. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Really pleased with outcome of the temporary crowns. Can’t wait to see the permanent crowns in 2 weeks. Would absolutely recommend anyone at North End Dental!!!

I was greeted with a brand new hygienist after check in. She had just been at North End Dental a week. It would have been nice if someone had called to let me know that my regular hygienist was no longer with the practice. She was amazing. Allison was our new hygienist and she too was amazing. This is why I have given a 5 star. I have always had wonderful service at North End Dental. Allison listened to some things that the former Hygienist had done and was very acceptable to those as well as her own touch. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She is a wonderful addition to North End Dental. WELCOME!!!!! Please don’t loose that customer service. I owned my own business for 15 years. I sold it in 2018. Customer service is so very important. It is lacking in todays businesses.

One of the best dental experiences I have had and I hate going to the dentist. The staff was fun, communicative and professional. Absolutely love my hygienist Abby. She was so sweet and communicated everything to me. I am so glad I found them.

this office is so great! i love my whole team. they are efficient, transparent and caring. each visit is personable. i love going to the dentist! which is not something i would have said years ago before finding North End! thank you guys!!
